The various relevant internal stakeholder groups include, for example, employees, managers and volunteers. For instance, one could strive for an increase in the number of certain nationalities among managers or an increase in the proportion of socially disadvantaged people among the volunteers. The term "additional" refers to the already considered marginalised population groups and the relevant stakeholder groups in Sub-target 1-4. The sub-target must be reformulated accordingly and the organiser should define its own, event-specific target value.
