In this format, sports organisers of all sizes – whether amateur tournaments, regional sporting events or world championships – share their experiences with sustainable event management. The focus is on practical insights into measures, potential obstacles, solutions and visions. This creates a growing collection of knowledge, experience and inspiration directly from the field.

The aim is to make it easier to get started, learn from each other and jointly develop sustainable solutions for the sports event sector.

This interdisciplinary experience provided the ideal foundation for designing and implementing the comprehensive sustainability program for the Gymnastics Festival—where competitive sports are only one part of the experience.
