Create a dedicated physical or digital contact point (e.g. stand on the event site, hotline, email address) for incidents of violence, which serves as the first point of contact for those affected or observers. This is where initial information is received, counselling is offered and, depending on the structure, support is also provided in following up the incident. Anonymous reporting of incidents should also be guaranteed. Alternatively, you can also use existing national contact points (e.g. Safe Sport e. V., Das Hilfetelefon, Hilfetelefon sexueller Missbrauch, Anlauf gegen Gewalt contact point for national squad athletes, bff Frauen gegen Gewalt e. V.).
