Relabel existing toilets (e.g. "All gender toilet" or "Toilet for all genders"). In any case, the following must apply: Inter* and trans* people may also continue to choose toilets for women or men if they identify as women or men respectively. Toilets for people with disabilities should also be reserved for them.
There are a variety of options for new/renovated buildings to install both all-gender single-user toilets and facilities with lockable multiple cubicles, each equipped with sitting toilets and/or urinals and, if necessary, their own washbasins and mirrors.
You can also install toilets that offer additional protection against assault. For example, former men's toilets can be rededicated as "toilets for all genders" and some former women's toilets as toilets for women, inter*, non-binary and trans* people, from which cisgender and endosexual men are excluded.
